Whole Brain Thinking: It’s Not What You Think, It’s How You Think

Whole Brain Thinking: It’s Not What You Think, It’s How You Think

Event Details

The way we think influences how we process information, solve problems, make decisions, plan and communicate; it is the root of behavior. The idea is that we all have a brain, we just each use ours differently. When we can understand and appreciate individual thinking preferences, it can markedly change the way we function within our teams and organizations. Based in neuroscience, the Whole Brain Model® is a metaphor and Whole Brain Thinking® is a methodology for helping us understand how we think as well as what the advantages are of using our “whole brain”. This program introduces the model and provides practical application of the methodology. Leveraging techniques on how to use your whole brain can decrease misperception and miscommunication and increase team productivity/collaboration.  Participants will:

  1. Learn Whole Brain Thinking® Model to recognize own thinking preferences & how one processes information
  2. Recognize the benefits of being a more Whole Brain Thinker
  3. Identify opportunities & applications (personally & at work) to stretch thinking preference
